We offer exchanges for another size of the same style and color, as long as:

The product must be returned within 10 calendar days from when you receive the package.
It must be in the same condition in which you received it, clean (not used).
It must have tags and original packaging.

Exchanges must be requested within the first 3 days from the delivery date.

One-size garments; Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns for one-size garments. Our size chart will help you make the right choice. Remember that through WhatsApp, an advisor can guide you through any questions that may arise during the process.

For the size change process, you must go to our distribution center in Orlando Florida where we will make the change and return it to the address where your product was initially sent.
